Hey guys this is Joyce and Blake and welcome to Savagely Scaled, 6 month recap!!!!! Can you believe it guys it has been 6 months, I mean we have been doing this technically for 9 months, but legit with everything out and about it is our 6 month anniversary and we are so excited. We started this podcast with the goal to talk about the sport, community, events, workouts, and culture of Crossfit. We want to still also help introduce the sport to newcomers out there to the sport of CrossFit and provide a space to educate new athletes to the culture. We have released 22 episodes with this being number 23, but also have our Affiliate Segment and mini episodes as well. We both would never have picture this amazing journey if it wasn't for all the support we have gotten from family, friends, our home box community and YOU guys, the followers. Thank you guys so much for everything and all the support and kind words you have shared with us. Now lets get into this episode where talk about our favorite episodes, where we started, how we lean on one another, what music we listen, as well as podcast along with some future plans of what we want and what we hope to capture in this upcoming year.
