First month is still sticking to the fundamentals, listening to your body, nutrition matters, embrace the community along with go get yourself a cute outfit and some awesome crossfit shoes to make those workouts easier or just being happy to you workout in can make you feel a bit more confident.

Thank you to everyone for allowing us the chance to speak about the first month of CrossFit and what you can expect to learn and experience. It get's easier we promise, embrace the early struggle- you're building a strong foundation. CrossFit is for you and we are here to embrace the soreness, the struggle, and the journey. You got this!
