Hey guys it is Joyce and Blake with Savagely Scaled, we are super excited about this episode because we had the pleasure of sitting down with some of our moms that go to our box. Again, we have so many amazing moms and schedules are crazy so we are thankful that we could get these 3 together. This episode we are joined by Maggie, Rachel and Cameron and each one had a different pregnancy journey of actually not staying with Crossfit during the pregnancy. We are hoping for a future episode to talk with some of our other moms that had a different journey as well. With these three special women we wanted to deep dive into the postpartum and what was their journey like for them returning to CrossFit, along with what help and what didn't help.
