Welcome to Episode 20 of OSHIT where Ella tells the stories Randal (Randy) Rote, Duelle Block, Robert Goodenow, Pawel Tordoff, Angel Reyes, and Carlos “Charly” Nunez. These employees lost their lives while working for Didion Milling Inc. in Cambria, Wisconsin in two separate incidents that occurred in 2020 and 2017. 

This episode is dedicated to the victims, their loved ones, and to preventing loss of life due to combustible dust and confined space entries in the future.
