I will be talking about what is burnout, the mental and physical symptoms of burnout, and the difference between burnout and chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS). I also share my experience of reaching my breaking point and deciding I needed to shift my lifestyle, as well as strategies I implemented to overcome burnout and prevent it in the future.
