In today’s episode we’re talking best practices for young adult followers of Jesus, around mental health with Ps Emma Schroeder. Ps Jase & Em have been the senior pastors of C3 Hepburn Heights since 2012, have 3 teenagers, a little sheltie called ‘Bloss’ and a passion for Jesus & God’s people. We’re taking time to draw on some wisdom from Ps Em discussing the role of mental health in our spiritual formation through our young adult years. Having said that - we are not finance professionals!
This is not professional or legal advice - this is biblical, lived out wisdom from a Christian a bit further along the journey than us. Let’s lean in and we hope you enjoy this episode today!
