She has been an LMSW for 27 years, focused on self-care, stress management skills, mindfulness, relationships, parenting, and managing all the chaos of life. She is also a working mom of 2. Her mission is to empower you to prioritize yourself on your to-do lists and learn the strategies to prevent burnout and makeover your daily life. When she's not at work, you can find Daniela out on her SUP (stand-up paddleboard), hiking (summer or winter), reading, and traveling.
