Bam Lionheart, the founder of Primal Movement, was a talented multi-disciplinary athlete and a professional personal trainer when he hit a wall applying to join Air Force Special Operations. No matter what he did, he could not meet the elite running criteria. This made no sense since he was already EXERCISING ALL THE TIME!

Bam discovered that he was running "in reverse" of the movement pattern needed to fun fast enough to make the cut....and finally understood why he had avoided running most of his life. It HURT!

From that point on, Bam not only qualified for Special Ops, he repatterned his movement to unlock ease and pleasure and power that he never imagined. He left the military to focus on helping many clients rebuild their movement foundations and become lifelong pain-free athletes!
