1. CALM- Your Big MoFa, Morning Routine, Have Faith

2. CLARITY - What are you consuming? Rocks in a Jar analogy 

3. COPING - Ask yourself, are there any bad habits I am using to cope with this stress? Food? Too much sleep? Too much entertainment? etc... What are better activities to help me cope?

4. CONTENTMENT - Gratitude, Hygge, I am ENOUGH
