I came back heavy hitting after a long break. I found a deep sense of burnout! So today I come in talking about the trauma I have experienced and how I have chosen to overcome it. Sometimes it takes leaving people you thought would be your 'ride or die' kind of family or friends.
The Universe isn't linear and doesn't always make sense. I am just here for the ride and to do better than those who came before me.
