Shannon Pritchett is a seasoned marketing executive at hireEZ, based in Dallas. She began her career in talent acquisition, developing a deep understanding of recruitment strategies and honing her skills in engaging top talent. Leveraging her extensive experience as a recruiter, she transitioned into community building and marketing, bringing a unique and innovative approach to the field.
In her current role, Shannon effectively combines her recruitment expertise with marketing strategies to drive growth and enhance user engagement. An accomplished speaker at industry events, she is passionate about health, wellness, and family, values that have shaped her career for over two decades.
Starting as a recruiter at IDR, T-Mobile USA, and Community Health Systems, Shannon advanced to Director and Managerial roles at Moxy and CareerXroads. Her passion for fostering community led her to become Editor at SourceCon and create the hireEZ community.
