Not everyone is ready to sell their house but they may be in the future. I know for myself I have moved many times. In the last 10 years I have moved 4 times. We do plan on staying in our current house but we never know what our future may bring us so we are always ready in case we would need to sell our house. We keep it like we tried to have our Grocery Stores look when we were in the business.
