- Each week we will have a different topic including: Training, Mindset, member spotlights, a show each month dedicated to nutrition, interviewing coaches and subject matter experts. Interviewing business owners in the nutrition, fitness, recovery and medical field.

- Our friends started the gym in 2011 and we purchased it from them in 2014. This is our fifth year owning the gym and we love it!

- Week 1 Training, Mindset or interesting hacks you can do to be your best self. This is the week I will share something interesting that I have been studying!
- Week 2 we will be interviewing a member of the gym!
- Week 3 will be with Tiersa. She will be sharing a nutrition tip or recipe!
- Week 4 will be an interview with a coach of CrossFit Preferred.
- We will help you get to know them better and have them teach you how to get the most out of your training!
