Coach Tara Roberts is all about helping you improve your life in and out of the gym! She does this because she has done it in her own life and improved her quality of life! She can help you do the same! 

Today we get to know what she did before the gym, a little about her family, what her struggles were when she started CrossFit, how nutrition has helped her and what she is currently working towards improving!
