Over the last 20 years, I’ve worked in many teams. I’ve learnt the real heartbeat of a team isn’t found in meetings. It’s in the moments where you feel seen as you are.

The Team Storybook captures that. It’s like the Storybooks I do for individuals, but for the whole team. Everyone gets a portrait and their story illustrated. Coming together in one book that unifies the team.

I sit with each team member. Hear their story.

2. Draw.

I create a portrait and an illustrated story for each person. Same space, same care, same reflection for everyone.

3. Remember.

Everything is woven into one digital (and optionally printed) storybook. Something tangible you can hold.

Optional extras: such as wall art to remember the experience.
