Today I'd the pleasure to sit down with John Quigley. A mixed martial artist who's been fighting since the age of 7.
He also has his own mixed martial arts podcast and is someone who is incredibly knowledgeable on the topic.
After starting off his martial arts journey in the world of taekwondo to chancing his hand at MMA and learning under the Bellator fighter Brian "The Pickeman" Moore, John shares his experience in MMA with us and what he has learned through the process.
He gives insights into what it's like to fight, the differences between the martial arts, training styles, tips for starting and everything in between.
We also got side tracked at times and talked about the benefits of the Bali sunlight and life being sober.
