Description

As some of you know I'm not drinking alcohol this year and Richie is someone who has just finished a year off the 'beer', so this week we are talking about life off the booze.

Being two Waterford lads growing up in the sunny southeast of Ireland this is not a common step for people in our area to take.

So in this episode we chat about the whys behind doing it, how the experience has been for us so far, things we've learned and tips for anyone thinking about it.

Give it a listen and let me know your thoughts :)
