Description

This week we are joined by Julia Watts on the show and it's a fun one!

Julia is a non-competitive freediver who is currently in Bali completing a 300 hour yoga training course.

She has been freediving for many years and really took her freediving skills to the next level while living in the ocean playground that is Hawaii.

Over the past few years I've learned about how big an impact the way you breath can play on your health, so once I heard Julia's background, I had to get her on the show to discuss this more.

In this episode we talk all things breath and breathing, nasal v mouth breathing, talk about freediving and some of the crazy experiences Julia as had doing that and given
her background had to touch on yoga to. As usual it’s a nice mix of conversation and knowledge.

Hope you enjoy :)
