Description

This week we are joined by online coach Rachel O'Shea. Rachel is not only a superb athlete but also a phenomenal coach.

Rachel is helping people all across the world to reach their fitness goals and is doing so with a big focus on nutrition, strength training and mindset.

We look at Rachels life as an online coach and how she got to where she is, her training, reoccurring issues she sees with clients and some of the advice to help with these.

Plenty of tips and tricks in this one, it’s a great chat and in it we cover some very interesting topics and thoughts including where the development of good or bad relationships with the gym might come from.

Lastly, we touch on spirituality - talking mindfulness, meditation, breathwork and manifestation.

Hope you enjoy it and let me know your thoughts.
