In this episode Eoghan gives a bit of a life update. Shares his experiences since going live in the social media world (podcast and his Instagram page).
Why he's moved back to Australia and some of the more personal reasons behind this. Gives some insight to some of the things which are on his mind right now and also learnings from the coaching and fitness world so far.
Also sets his training goals on paper.
It's a good insight into Eoghan's head and to see where he is at with his journey in the fitness world. It's also great insight for other coaches starting off to highlight some of the issues they may face and learnings they could take.
