Description

The guys start the day by discussing their weekly workouts including Rob’s 10 minute C2 BikeErg re-test, Nick’s performance on “Damn Diane” from the CrossFit Games and Dan’s 30 BMU for time. The group is then joined by 6-time CrossFit Games Regional Competitor Chris Clyde. He speaks on his background in CrossFit, his time as a strength coach for Army and The University of Delaware and his current life in coaching including programing for Nick. Lastly, the crew throws out some gym hitters.
