One of the many things that most of us admire about Amazon is its customer-centricity.

And as PMs, one of the things that we need to balance is doing what is best for the Customer AND the organization.

Being customer obsessed ≠ doing everything the customer say

This reminds me of the Henry Ford quote that says:
