She brings all of her loves-of-life into the business- nature, flowers, New England seasonality, community, curiosity as well as nods to Spanish culture, and the restaurants that raised her.
Elena enjoys life on the Seacoast of Maine with her golden retriever and two bunnies, adventuring with them to the woods, the beach, or hopping around town gathering local products for her next artistic catering event.
