Description

Suphada is a Chef and Sommelier based in the Upper Valley of Vermont and New Hampshire with over a decade of experience in food, wine, and hospitality.

She has spent years working alongside talented chefs, catering high-end food and wine dinners in California to creating intimate dinners for clients in Vermont.

She has her MA in Nutrition and Food Studies from New York University, where she had the opportunity to dive deep in the world of nutrition, food systems, climate change, and food waste.

She is equally concerned about eating healthy food as she is about mitigating food waste and is passionate about combining knowledge from both sectors into her personal chef business.

Together we discuss taking time for self-care, enjoying outdoor activities, and travel plans as well as Suphada's journey to becoming a sommelier, challenges as a woman and Asian American in the food industry, future plans for the business, learning to breathe deeply, and favorite things about living in the Northeast.
