Currently serving as the Dean of School Culture at Rochdale Early Advantage Charter School, he prides himself as one on the front lines of youth empowerment, shaping character, promoting academic excellence, and helping students navigate the challenges of adolescence. Richard is also the founder and CEO of The Vanguard Mentorship Initiative, a nonprofit organization dedicated to guiding and mentoring underserved youth through programs
