Description

What makes a good vision statement? Does the vision change along the journey? What happens if it all goes wrong? Bruce Sheppard speaks from experience.

Bruce Sheppard works to create a better future for New Zealand business – one where collaboration trumps competition and the good of something greater than self, trumps self-interest. He has been described as a ‘maverick business pioneer’, ‘an activist shareholder’ and rarely worries about
what he says – or wears for that matter. He would like to be remembered for attempting to move the moral compass of the leaders in our society. He is the managing partner of accounting firm Gilligan Sheppard, founded the NZ Shareholders Association, and was awarded the ONZM for services to business.
