Dr.S. recounts his own experience of being recast... to a different family when he was given up for adoption as a wee lad. They discuss the controversy behind "Karens", the C word, and why orphans objectively suck. The Which Doctor definitelydoesn't smoke any pot, and, for the most part, both Docs are pretty much on the same page for the whole show (wait... really?)
