In 1994 14 year-old Chris Steiner goes missing only to be discovered dead with no answers. It wasn’t until a year later when 13 year-old Thad Phillips was taken from his home and discovered a few days later that the Steiner family would finally find out what happened to their son. The torture these two boys endured was both shocking and horrifying. So when the community discovered the culprit was a 17 year-old kid who planned to repeat these acts with a list of future victims ready and waiting the people of Baraboo, Wisconsin were relieved to say the least.
