Skylar Neese was a bright 16 year old who had the world at her fingertips. A real go getter with big dreams and a close knit group of friends. However it was the closest ones to her that she should’ve been the most concerned about. What happened to Skylar and by who is something that no one would have ever expected and something especially those close to Skylar could not fathom.
