⭐️ The 30 day challenge ⭐️
For the next 30 days, we are going to take action on our goals!We are going to do one small thing everyday that moves us closer to our dreams.
A.I.M - Attention, Intention, Movement.
Work out what your INTENTION is - what do you want to achieve in the next 30 days? Make it achievable!
Then every day, find a way to bring your ATTENTION to it. Set an alarm on your phone or put it in your diary.
Then MOVE! Do one small thing that will take you closer to your goal.
