Tom Pollak is the Director and Tull Osman is the Outreach Coordinator for the Civil Leadership Project and DC Tutoring & Mentoring Initiative. The Civil Leadership Project provides a practical holistic framework for a city, state or rural community to create a civic culture that can strengthen its civic capacity. DCTMI matches members of the community with tutoring and mentoring programs in Washington, D.C. and nearby communities to improve young lives and transform civic engagement.
