For those who celebrate the Christian holidays, and even for those who don't, Winter can be a difficult time of year to retain a positive, happy, joyous outlook on life. Particularly in the northern portions of the northern hemisphere, January can be trying with Christmas behind us and the prospect of snowy, cold days in front of us.
