Walt begins the discussion this week by noticing that each chapter we cover in this series seems to touch directly on his own life as well.
The trick with the later chapters in the book is that they seem to touch on the areas of resistance within each one of us. These areas of resistance are actually clues to where we need to work on ourselves the most.
We are resistant to the resistance areas.
So persistence in this sense is all about identifying our resistance levels so that we can keep going toward our goals: so we can persist.
