Let’s be real - it is SO EASY to get sucked in to scrolling - if we were playing “never have I ever” & said “scrolled social media for 30+ minutes at a time”, likely EVERYONE would have to put a finger down. As content creators, on the opposite side of each post, it is still very easy to spend HOURS designing & curating. We want to encourage you to be prudent & careful about what you are both consuming & creating!
