With every New Years Day, there seems to come noise & pressure about how we’re all supposed to make it the “best year yet.” There’s always been the cliches “I’m going to lose this much weight” & “I’m finally going to get that gym membership/start that diet” etc. But honestly, it seems that in our culture now, there’s so much more that people are trying to focus on. There are different, simpler, better versions of being intentional about the new year than bombarding ourselves with words, goals & to-do lists. Today, we’re talking about breaking the mold on the “traditional” forms of entering the new year & introducing something different because our wish for you is that you enter the new year with poise!
