Equipoise - an equal distribution of weight; even balance; equilibrium. The word “balance” is thrown around like confetti these days. The word is overused, yet not truly lived out. A lot of noise has been created about “work-life balance”, “balancing it all”, “how to find/create/maintain a balanced life”, etc. with not much to show for it–we live in a society that’s the most stressed out, unhealthy, worn out, & tired it’s ever been! We want to turn the tide & introduce what we think is a better & healthier concept – equipoise!!!
