This is more like a Bonus episode. Here I have created a little taste into what this breathwork world is. Instead of an hour long session, this is just 2 rounds of breathing for 2.5 minutes. I'll attach a link of a video explaining the breath technique, and enjoy the ride. It's best to do first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
