Description

In this episode, there's this transitional time into Spring and I've seen and felt a lot of sickness in the air. I'm going through my fair share and I want to share with you some tools, foods, and practices I use to help speed up that recovery time. Getting sick is quite the wake up call and I really do realize that if we lose our health, that really becomes the only thing that's important. So, it's time to take care of this beautiful body.
