Description

Ever catch yourself saying "I don't know" when in fact you really do know? Or say "I'm sorry" when you really have nothing to be sorry for?

In this episode, I give a little life update on how things are going with ASL and upcoming work and fun festivities over the next few days.

Then I share my experiences with saying "I don't know" to bail myself out of controversy or because I felt I didn't have the right to be heard. I found that I was giving my power back and that manifested into lack of confidence and worthiness. NO more, my friend!

Saying "I don't know" when we are given a new piece of information is awesome because we are open to learning and growing, but the danger comes when we say "I don't know" for the wrong reasons. Pay attention. You might be surprised how often you hear it.

One love.
