In this episode, we start off with a down regulation breath work (4-8 technique). That is inhale for 4, exhale for 8. Then lean into the knowledge of Patrick McKeown in his book "The Oxygen Advantage". We talk about what the BOLT score is, why having a high BOLT score (around 40) is optimal for health and performance, and the techniques we can use to practice and improve our BOLT score.
