In todays episode, we start off with a 5-15 hum breathing practice (If you breath along, make sure you're in a grounded/safe environment). Then we give a lil life update and then dive into the bulk where we share the importance of loving the old parts of ourselves that we've neglected, resented and suppressed for a very long time. This topic was inspired by looking at a photo of myself at one of my darkest times, and now I've hung that photo up and express gratitude towards that boy every morning. It's time to love ourselves again.
