Our DIET, is not just what we put into our bodies. It is also the thoughts we consume, our environment (friends/family), media/music we listen to, film/tv we watch and more. It is a culmination of our ecosystem AND incredibly influential to who we are, how we show up, and the STORIES we've adopted.
