Then we dive into depression. Now, this topic cannot be defined in one sentence, or even in a few. There are wayyy too many variables that accumulate that lead individuals into the depths of depression. And that can look different for each individual. What I want to highlight with this episode is that Yes, it is "mental" health.

BUT, depression is also incredibly PHYSICAL.
