This week, Chris sits down with prior co-worker Tim Fasnacht. From police explorer, to cadet, to reserve police officer, to corrections officer, to corrections academy commander, to international trainer - Tim has a lot of experience in the criminal justice arena.
Chris and Tim started their criminal justice careers together at the Lynnwood Police Department. It was a Lynnwood that a leader gave Tim a chance to become a defensive tactics instructor. This support led to future instructor opportunities and eventually the forming of Arc Tactical.
