My name is Jocelyn. I am many things to many people (daughter, sister, cousin, aunt, friend, mum to two fluffy felines...the list goes on!) but my goal in life is relatively simple - I want to help foster connections.
First are connections with ourselves - our minds, bodies and spirits. Second are connections with each other - we are hardwired to seek out communities so that we feel safe whilst journeying through life. Finally, are connections with the universe - the beautiful and amazing energies that we can call upon to guide us, lift us up and help us find our way.
I am a holistic practitioner in the truest sense of the word as I look at the mind, heart, body and soul and how they are inextricably bound together. The exploration of the mind comes from my knowledge, skills and experience as a Chartered Occupational Psychologist. Understanding what people hold in their hearts comes from my being an empath. Helping clients to care for their physical selves comes as part of being a Dragon Reiki Master. Underpinning all of this is my connection to Gaia, which I've had since childhood. It has enabled me to work with all kinds of energy; most recently the three great odysseys of phoenixes - crystalline, shadow and transformations.
