In this first episode talk about how my emotions got the better of me, but after getting back on track, I had an amazing day, filled with experiences that I would not have encountered had I stayed in the old mindset of stubbornness and judgment. I also talk about how to boost our meditation practices and get results, especially when we are truly sick and disease-ridden. These are the things we need to look at closer, to get our minds where they need to be.
I will be talking about nutrition in the shows ahead from various perspectives, as I have written a large book on the subject. But I cover a few topics today, recanting my day and a few of my life observations, that I hope you can relate to.
