If there was ever a year to end mindfully, 2020 is the year!!
Follow this four step exercise to end 2020 on a high note:
1. Write out a list of all the things you did this year that you're proud of.
2. What did you NOT do this year, why?
3. Why are those excuses/beliefs not true?
4. Knowing what is true, what do you want to create in 2021?
