Today on the podcast Nicole talks about Decision Fatigue and how it hits extra hard for perfectionists.

There are two different types of decisions; the everyday little decisions (what should I do today? What should I have for lunch? Should I go to the store now or later?) and big life decisions (do I go back to school? Do you stay at my 9-5? Do I move in with my partner?) and both types have a unique way to ease the fatigue of making the “right” choice.
