When people tell me "I really want to be happier on a daily basis", I always respond with the same question,
"Do you do a gratitude practice?"
And immediately there's a face like a oh crap, should I lie and say the "perfect" answer or be honest?
But when the honest answer comes out its always one of two things:
1) No I don't have a gratitude practice but I know I should.
and 2) I tried doing a daily gratitude practice and it didn't stick.
Todays episode is for those who tried and fell off the gratitude bandwagon.
