Great! Time to check in on it.

In this episode we cover three questions regarding the past month with your goals:

  1. What went well in January? What are you proud of? What have you stayed consistent on?
  2. What didn’t go well in January? What didn’t work for you? What got in your way (mindset, habit, excuse, person/group, etc.)
  3. Using the knowledge that you now know, what can you keep doing? What can you try differently? And when things get in your way, what can you do differently?

I urge you to answer these questions no matter where you are in your goals journey.
